Weather conditions in july and august determine phytosanitary’s treatments and the train of the vines.
The trimming of the vine allow a better aeration and the control of foliar area of the vine stocks, an important parameter for the maturity of grapes.

To guarantee an optimal quality harvest, it is important to cut green grapes. This green harvest is also called thinning, and help grapes to obtain their final colour (veraison).

At the same time, red wines are filtered then bottled.
