The secretarial department is opened from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm and from 1.30 pm to 6 pm. You can have a tasting in the dovecote from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 am and from 1.30 to 6 pm. Think to make an appointment for Sundays or holidays.
